The demands on your hardware and check hits.

The higher the refresh rate the better the game will be, but the more powerful need a PC and better Internet.

60Hz easy to pull, the main thing is that the Internet connection quality is stable

If you have a PC will output 60+ fps on the server is 60 Hz, right side is solid icon. Do you think the developers just introduced it? FPS is tied to the refresh rate.

Recently in Battlefield 4 in the list of servers appeared count pulse Rate. Now it is represented by four items that can be selected when searching for the server: normal pulse rate (30 Hz), high (60 Hz), very high (120 Hz) and unrealistically high (144 Hz). I've been asked a lot lately what pulse rate is, and I thought it might be nice to talk about it in detail on my favorite website.

Tickrate (tickrate) — unit of measurement for sending and receiving data from the server per second. Tikrit, this is the frequency of the pulses. Pulses mean everything that happens on the server, from animation to shots, and is measured in Hertz (Hz or Hz). 1 Hz = 1 oscillation (process implementation) in 1 second, 30 Hz — thirty oscillations per second. The more often these fluctuations, the higher the pulse rate, the more times per second the server will update the data and the less problems with murders around the corner, with the network code, etc., etc.

Prior to Battlefield 4, Battlefield servers had a pulse rate of 10 Hz. Then DICE raised the tickrate to 30 Hz. And now we got servers with 60, 120 and even 144 Hertz. But this does not mean that everyone can go to the 144 Hz server and forget about the problems with the network code. You will be able to play 144 Hz only if your computer is powerful and consistently produces 144 fps in the four. The monitor also needs to be 144 Hz. For example I have WordPad's a little weak and betrays 60-80 fps, so I play on servers 60 Hz.

If you mess with the best, you will dei like the rest! LOL
